SITE FEE
The site fee includes exclusive use of the Preserve for both
Ceremony and Reception. For up to
150 guests - $3500. Each additional
guest $20 up to 250 total guests.
PARKING
On site parking
for guests available.
Parking attendants required.
OPEN HOURS
Preserve is available during the summer and fall
months.
WEDDING COORDINATOR
Renter needs to designate one individual who will be on the premises
throughout the planning of the event and the event itself to work with the Site
Manager, the Caterer, the Tent Company, etc. to handle the details.

INSURANCE
The use of the facility requires proof of insurance coverage.
A Certificate of Insurance indicating at least $500,000 comprehensive
personal liability insurance coverage for the event must be produced at least
one month prior to the event.
DEPOSIT
To reserve the date a 50% non refundable deposit of the Site Fee is required
when signing the contract.
The balance is due ten days prior to the event.
RULES AND
REGULATIONS
No rice, confetti or similar materials may be thrown at weddings.
Rose petals, dried flowers or soap bubbles are suggested.
Spraying for mosquitoes
suggested. Cost for one site is
$125, each additional site $50..
No smoking
allowed in the tent or around the barns.
A smoking area will be designated.
For the benefit and safety
of all, any individual displaying drunken or disorderly conduct will be removed
from the property.
